Visit Description This girl let me down badly. I called her 11am, and we agreed to meet in an hotel at 3pm. I told her I would call her again around 2pm for mutual final confirmation. This I did and the original time and place was confirmed. After I had arrived at the hotel and checked in, I called her with the room number. There was no reply, twice. I then texted her the room number. Again I called, and she answered to tell me that her car had broken down, but it was now repaired, and she was on her way. She would be 40 minutes late. After 40 minutes of no contact, I again called her. There was no answer, twice. On the third call, her phone was switched off. I texted her to ask her if she was coming or not. After 20 minutes she texted to say that she would not be able to come. Further calls went unanswered. The wasted taxis to and from the hotel and the cost of an unused hotel room don't really matter, but I do object to being misled and lied to.
