Forum - Just a thought

Seeing there is advertisments from sp's in General Chat maybe you should give in and make a section for that in the Escorts Board section where they could say hi and place ads and introduce themselves in the forum?

Being around forums for so many years I always felt that a General Chat section was a place to just hang out and have fun and post all the other interesting things ie... you tube vids, jokes threads and other silly things you find on the net or even to discuss your pets etc...

Speaking of youtube is there anyway you could embed it for us? ie...

How about a new posts button at the top of the forum so we can see any new posts that have been made since our last log in to the forum. Also, a preview post feature before we hit add reply to see if all is ok and a edit post feature incase we notice after we add a reply that we have made some typos etc... Most other forums will give you two to five minutes to make changes to your posts.

Sorry, there is currently no image upload functionality, you can only insert image URL in forum posts. I will add it to our to-do list.

And, I forgot to mention, as you requested you can edit forum posts now :)

Great hun. I guess I am more full of suggestions than what I thought. I just noticed in my article some man was seeking someone for porn, so why not in the hobbyist section put in a section for "in search of" and then add it to the site menu so it will take them to that area? If men are posting just anyplace for what they are seeking it can get quite messy all over your site.

I know it says to use the ads section for advertising, but I do not feel this is suitable for running specials on individual services etc...

How about a spot where us sp's can post our specials or upcoming events?

I am thinking about it. To be useful I suppose this section should be geographically organized, i.e. has country and state subcategories. This is so similar to ads... The only difference is that it must be more dynamic and ordered not in activity order but by date. Perhaps we should just create unmoderated country and state boards, where both hobbyists and providers will announce their specials, service proposals and requests etc. Local spam bords :)

Could you post some rules right here in the forum about posting and could you make one of the rules not to post more than one time the exact same post? I personally do not like opening up one thread to read it and then opening up another to find it exactly the same and yet again another and... well you get the picture.

Hey you know what? I know of one forum that only lets girls post specials if they post at least three times a month to the forum so that way if they do not keep active or sign in they would not be able to put up a special without being creative. I think this should be even easier for the providers here seeing as they can post blogs and articles and even respond to mail. But it is your board and you are free to make your own rules. But it may be a way to get more activity.

But being unmoderated I do not agree with that because if providers are to post a special and then just type in the word "bump" or post the exact same thing again and again things like that should be watched for. I really do want to see your board do very well but rules do have to be laid down. IMHO

I can also see where it would be an awful lot of work for you. hmmmm

Oh, and that little red new posts dot will not go out for me in the warnings and alarms section.

It must be a really good use of activity system to allow only active users to post their announcements. We will create local subforums limited for posting to active site members only. And the rules should actually be announced. I will do it soon as well.

Me again. :p I was just thinking I would like to make a poll to see how often the men on this site do hobby to get a feel of the men that are here. Would it be possible for you to make the forums have a submit poll option? There may be other things that I may think of in the future that I would like to add a poll to my posts that some men may not respond back to but may just click off in a poll so the ladies could get a feel of what men like. ie... The could post do you preffer thong or no thongs, do you like sp's to wear perfume or none etc... That way sp's could go with the majority of votes in how to decide how to run thier business.
