Birthday Party

I'm inviting you all to my frist Birthday Party!!! I was born on Jan 1st and never had a party growing up, my dad was so hung over he'd beat me for making to much noise.
So...my son and his gf are throwing me a party at my house.

BYOB, BYOSmoke, BYOStuff. I'll grill up a couple of Tri tips and have a choclate fondue fountain with Belgium Choclate and that's about it. Come and join if you can and if interested, send me an email and I'll give you the directions.

Ooohh...Happy Birthday Paul! You're lucky that you came out on this world at the very first day of the year, as per our present calendar. Practical sayings and thinking says; It's always good to be at the very start of an era or activity for you can have a glimpse of whatever happens next. I guess you're a retired soldier and you were taught that you must be on the best time and place in any of your mission/s to be on the advantaged position for the next move or next things to happen. This coincidentally happened in your birth!

gnash, Have a pint of stout for me. It kicked my ass the one and only time I got drunk drinking it, and what a hang over. I had to take a couple of shots of whiskey to ease the pain.

rachelforfun, If we were closer I'm positive we could have fun. I don't drink but I'm 420 friendly and as long as people can maintain; I pretty much leave others up to their own vices.

Growning up I always wanted to share my birthday with a woman. I haven't done that much lately but, this lady I'll see soon will be my birthday present to myself.

Thank you, one and all. I bought something called a Chocolate Fondue Fountain, in an As Seen As On TV Store and I really didn't expect much out of it: Did I ever make a mistake!!

I ordered some Belgium Chocolate, made specifically for these machines and it is sooo soft it will melt from the heat of your hand. I put it in a small pot and added hot water to it, placed it one the stove and it melted from the heat in the oven!!

It is fantastic. Like Chocolate soup. But it is carried to the top and spills down the sides. I had little spoons and plates with all types of fruit and it was great. Everyone, and I mean, Everyone had citric acid irritation from all the fruit covered chocolate that was eaten.

I am considering buying an larger and heavy duty pump!
