I know Plastic Surgery is available for many changes but I thought this was interesting. Having seen women and a little extra down there I can understand a lady desiring a little more perfection. I guess like any surgery there are risk..

i saw some of the surgery on Youtube and like any plastic surgery it's looks like it would be painful. But again I don't get the piecings that some ladies and some guys do to their privates... NOT ME!!
