My experience with support tickets has been pretty good, so far. All my queries were answered within 48-72 hours only. I never had to wait for long, except once. But admin has cleared that too, in the shortest possible time. I think it is about the priority! And yet, we should wait in patience for the admin to speak about it... have fun!

My ability to reply to mail on this site has been blocked for significantly more than a month and I have only received one reply since my original support ticket request. That reply essentially says that admin is having some difficulties and is working on it.
Meanwhile a number of messages are accumulating in my mailbox and I cannot answer them. I also cannot contact persons of interest via this mail system. This does not reflect the typical response time I have experienced here. Usually the responses and changes have been prompt as you say...within 24-72 hours. -------------------- Doc77

I advice you to mail the admins again sometimes they are busy with more priority stuff, they forget about my ticket 3 months till i follow up with them and they respond to me and my issue solved.
