The adult film industry usually does not use protection, relying on test results. Some of the actors do films in foreign countries where neither protection nor tests are always used. Some actors have continued to work after being exposed to HIV -- the quarantine after exposure to someone who has tested positive is
voluntary.
There is also a tendency in adult films to continually push the envelope, doing for example, double anal and even triple anal without protection.
