JerBear521, the easiest way I've found is to email the YouTube URL. Press the MENU button on the embedded video screenshot. The screenshot will shrink and reveal two addition buttons. Press the 'Copy to Clipboard' button. Then paste the copied URL to the body of your email.

When the recipient receives your email, they click the URL and are taken directly to the video page on YouTube where they can watch the video.
