what would you do if the girl go at the meeting with your client and then run away with all money? And then doesn't take your calls, nor answers sms.

And don't you have any other data about her? Some other phones, addresses or anything else

You basically have to forget the person.
It can hapen sometimes i guess but such people cant stay in this business for long i guess. Very soon they are known and will not get any job. I used to work with various agencies and always heard of such people. As said, only short term thinking and will destroy your reputation.

Why not make them give you a deposit or some kind of collateral for you to hold until they get back and you get to know your workers well enough that you can trust them not to do such a thing. I cant imagine a girl stealing will keep herself in business very long. Im sure you could contact other agencies to warn them about the girl. Other than that I dont know Ive never dealt with escort services I guess its a live and learn lesson that comes with running your business hope this helps a little good luck to you

Provided that there is no easy way to find her, I would just wait for a while - perhaps, she had got some reason for doing so and will return. If she won't, I'd just consider this as inevitable overhead expenses and move on. People tend to get entrapped by desire to get even and spend even more time and money... She's already costed some amount of money, it's not reasonable to redouble it by trying hard to find and punish her. Just add her to your personal blacklist, perhaps your paths will cross in the future. Although there might be a strong desire to punish all the bastards, it's better not to get stuck in it, move on and be creative! This is just my personal opinion.

I agree with Rainomaha, that if this problem is wide spread in your country, taking some kind of deposit must be a good solution. You can give the girl a receipt, so that she also would feel more secure.

This is a tricky situation. Firts of all it is better to get some personal data about her. Second and harder is to make her trust the agency and it capacity to provide her the bets clients. If she's smart enought she will understand that it is better not to run but to return and make better money.
But sometimes it is better to get over and try to find better escorts if this happens.
