Its called Kegel exercises. Basically its like when you're urinating and you wanna hold it. Those muscles. Sit down and relax first, take deep breaths in and out. Get yourself aroused, now while hard, squeeze the muscles for 5 seconds, then relax them for 5 seconds. Do 10 or so reps of these if you can. Usually you will get soft by the time you near the end. So again, get yourself aroused and repeat. You can do this anywhere, in the car, at work, etc. As you get better do 10 second intervals. Your muscles will get stronger, your erection will be harder, and you can hold back your cum for as long as you want. Most important thing is, your muscles will be fatigued from this exercise, so try not to masturbate or have sex for a few hours before and after. Have fun, and don't get anyone pregnant unless you want them to be.
