Okay,

If a blow job = french and a "boob job" = russian, what country goes with a hand job?

Also, what action would be considered American?

Who in the world came up with countries equating actions anyway and what do folks from those countries think about the action associated with their country? For instance, what is it about Russians that a boob job would be associated with them?
