Rapex must not at all. It hurts badly when someone puts the penis inside.

I didn't think so. It can be just a bit unruly trying to get it in, though. Ya gotta fold one round end and slip it in. Then get it in the right place with your finger so that you can feel the rim above the pubic bone.

As far as hurt, though, it didn't feel anymore uncomfortable than inserting a tampon. That could be different for different women too. I think they come already lubed, but you may want to add lube as necessary.
