In todays world we all are victims to circumstances and difficult times, to cancel an appointment is something I hate to do but when things beyond my control come into play I have canceled apointments. I always try to reschedule and have rescheduled an appointment for a 24hr date, if I'm traveling out of the country canceling is out of the question.
