Hi Dohm,
I am facing a little problem, now. We discuss hypocrisy on this field in different threads. That is why I just want to give you a thesis at this place. I will later justify it in the thread "Satire, Sarcasm, Hypocrisy", which I have started. Your above posted opinion/argumentation is well known. With regards to hypocrisy my thesis: The biggest hypocrites in this concern are providers and their clients themselves! Think about it, please. I try to acount for my thesis as soon as possible. :) |

I agree with you, Kitty and Ohm.
Poverty can be a reason but it is not the one and only reason. It is not easy to prove a direct correlation, although it often seems that it is. Furthermore it must be accepted that it may also be a very personal and free decision to do this job. If this attitude is generally accepted in a society, then the way to legalisation is open. Life style prostitutes are not at all forced doing it. It is their free decision! Let's have a deeper look on the advantages of this profession. Some persons can make a relatively high amount of money within a relatively short time. This is an advantage if somebody has not so much time (students, single mothers, etc.). Furthermore it can be an attractive profession for low skilled persons (no experience required, no high school diploma needed, on-the-job training provided). PS: The USA, a poor country not YET? What are you waiting for? |

Mostly the motivation for this is very one sided based on physical features. What a charm is this, when a lady has to communicate in a foreign language and has problems to understand the slang of her foreign conversational partner? Ok, may be she is a good listener? :) Often there isn't more than small talk possible. If the lady's foreign language skills are sufficient and do not cause any problems concerning an understanding, then about what are you talking? - the farang and his booked Thai lady. We often observe on many fields how much demanding persons can be at home and how tolerant and forgiving they can be in a foreign country, especially towards women. May be you were lucky and met extraordinary ladies in Thailand. But please do not generalize too much. BTW my nanny was a Thai. |

Reading some postings and reviews here it seems to me as if it is quite normal, even some ladies' intention, that guys who are in fact suckers, because of their low experience, really fall in love, and are trapped by the spell of some ladies' ultimate girlfriend experience. LOL
So, these guys may not think, but react, only. And they react in the way the lady wants them to react. |
