Is Thailand still a afe country to visit

Believe me, Bangkok is one of the safer cities in the world. Unless you venture into " don't go areas" or behave stupid - nothing is happening to you here. But then that's the same in many big cities.

But for the south of Thailand (well that's 800 km away from Bangkok, just near the border with Malaysia) - be careful to go there - if me - i say - stay away from that area.
